There have been two standout performances this year in FTC. One for all the right reasons and one for all the wrong. Stephanie is destroying the competition. She's a machine and pretty much the LaDainian Tomlinson of Top Chef. Meanwhile, Nikki has struggled mightily, lending a comparison to Chicago's most inept quarterback, Rex Grossman. I realize these comparisons are lost on everyone but me, so the picture below pretty much sums up Nikki's performance to date. This picture came up when I googled Rex Grossman's name.

ha - I mean, Nikki didn't even bother to save enough food for the judges. That is bad.
It must be pretty hard to cook with both hands wrapped around your neck.
